4) TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The tournament is held on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July 2026. You will be notified of your tournament match timings in your Tournament Final Briefing Email.
All age groups tournaments at The 2026 Paris International Cup are played at the season 2025/2026 age groups. Each team is allowed to have 3 team managers/assistant managers with them pitchside for the duration of the tournament.
The planned tournament format of 8 teams per age group means that every team will play 9 matches, with 4 matches played on the opening day and 5 matches played on the second day of the tournament. Each group match is 16 minutes in duration and each Finals match is 20 minutes in duration, meaning that every team will play 64 minutes on Saturday and 88 minutes on Sunday. Please note that subject to the total number of teams taking part in the tournament, you may play 5 matches on Saturday and then your remaining 4 matches on Sunday.
In the unlikely event that there is not exactly 8 teams taking part in a specific age group tournament, then ProPlay Sports Tours will reconfigure the tournament format to ensure the teams in that age group enjoy the best possible tournament experience. In this unlikely instance, all these teams will still be guaranteed 150 minutes playing time across the 2 days of the tournament.
5) REFEREES
Qualified referees are appointed to officiate all the tournament matches.
6) MEDICAL SERVICES
ProPlay Sports Tours will ensure the provision of pitchside first aid medical services throughout the tournament.
7) SPECTATORS
There is no admission charge to PSG Campus for spectators who have booked the 4-day or 5-day Travel and Accommodation Package. Any spectators attending the tournament who have not booked the 4-day or 5-Day Travel and Accommodation Package will be required to pay Euros 5 per person per day admission to enter the PSG Campus. Spectators must remain in the designated spectating areas for the duration of their time at the tournament. Spectators are not under any circumstances allowed to go onto the pitches at any time.
8) PLAYER REGISTRATION
All teams will be required to complete our Player Registration Form, which includes the full name and date of birth of each player to be registered for the tournament. As Group Organiser, you shall confirm that all such details are correct. Teams will be asked to use their players’ passports as verification should there be any queries regarding players ages and the need to provide proof of age at the tournament.
ProPlay Sports Tours shall only use the personal information held in the Player Registration Form for the purposes of organising the Tournament. In supplying personal information on the Player Registration Form, each member of your group consents to ProPlay Sports Tours processing this personal data in such a way. You shall ensure that each member of your group is aware of this and gives their consent accordingly.
9) TROPHIES & AWARDS
All players will receive a quality medal as a memento of their participation in the tournament. The Winner and Runners Up teams in both The International Cup Finals and The Shield Cup Finals at each age group will also receive Tournament Trophies.
10) EXCHANGE OF PENNANTS
Although not compulsory, it is customary for teams to exchange a pennant or small memento before each game, in keeping with the spirit of this international tournament.
11) TOURNAMENT WRISTBANDS
Each member of your party will be allocated a wristband by ProPlay Sports Tours. Please be aware that you must wear the wristband throughout your time at the PSG Campus in order to attend the tournament.
12) WARM UPS & TEAM TALKS
Due to time and space constraints, it is not possible for teams to undertake warm-up routines and team talks on the pitch before (or after) matches. Gentle stretching exercises and team talks should therefore be conducted beyond the pitch perimeter while waiting for your next match to begin. Players must remain beyond the pitch perimeter when they are not playing. In addition, due to the lack of space at the venue for warm-up routines, teams are only allowed to bring 1 football with them in to the venue to use as part of their warm up.
13) ACCOMMODATION
To comply with French legal requirements for accommodation bookings, we require Group Organisers to provide us with a completed list of all the passengers names, along with their dates of birth and their passport numbers.
The accommodation we use offers rooms for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 guests to share the room. For any guests requiring single room occupancy, a charge of £80 per night will apply.
At all accommodation we will aim to arrange for your group’s rooms to be as close to one another as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.
An increasing number of accommodations require a damage deposit, this will either be shown on your final balance invoice or it will be payable on arrival; it is refunded provided no damage is incurred. If a damage deposit is required then we will advise this at the time of booking or as soon as this is made known to us.
14) BREAKFAST AT ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is arranged including breakfast each morning.
15) COACH TRANSPORT
Our Travel and Accommodation packages are available for all groups based on the mainland of England, Wales and Scotland. You will be collected from and returned to your chosen pick-up point, which naturally needs to be at an appropriate location to board and disembark a coach. We ask you to advise your chosen pick-up point when confirming your booking. Please note that we are unable to offer groups not based on the UK mainland our Travel and Accommodation packages.
We will advise you of your coach pick-up time in your Tournament Final Briefing Email, which will be sent 4 weeks prior to the tournament.
For groups who do not take up a minimum of 40 places on each 48 or 49 seat coach, then a coach under-occupancy charge will apply. Please note that we are unable to offer our Travel and Accommodation packages to groups of less than 20 passengers, so groups of less than 20 passengers will need to book our Tournament entry only package.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the coach at the times specified in your Tournament Final Briefing Email. In the event that you are late for the stated meeting times, we cannot be held responsible if your lateness results in your subsequent late arrival at the accommodation or the tournament venue and if you therefore have to forfeit any matches that you are late for.
In the interests of safety and your comfort on board the coach, it is the responsibility of you and all your group to ensure that hand luggage is stowed safely and the aisles are kept free from obstruction. Each member of the party may bring one large suitcase (stored in the hold) and one item of hand luggage per person on the tour.
16) CHANNEL CROSSINGS
Channel crossings for groups booking our Travel and Accommodation packages will be by ferry from Dover to Calais. We will advise you of your crossing timings in your Tournament Final Briefing Email, which will be sent 4 weeks prior to the tournament.
17) TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that you have adequate travel insurance in place for the duration of your time away. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance cover to protect you and your group against the need to cancel your tour and/or provide assistance if group members are injured or ill, and that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your needs. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your group’s personal requirements, including pre-existing medical conditions, sports participation, cancellation charges, medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident or illness.
18) BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT ON TOUR
It is the responsibility of the tour organiser and all adults in the group to ensure that the behaviour of all members of your group is acceptable at all times. In cases of unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the tournament and to cease the provision of your tour arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as result of the termination of our services.
19) TOURNAMENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO FILMING
By booking to take part in the tournament, you are also agreeing that ProPlay Sports Tours may, if appropriate, use any photographs or video footage taken by the official tournament photographers and official tournament film crew of individual players or teams in our marketing literature, website and advertising. If you do not wish photography or video footage of your players or teams to be used for this purpose for any reason, you must notify us in writing prior to the tournament.
20) PASSPORTS & VISAS
Your Group’s individual passport and visa requirements and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.
