Fully Organised Tour Arrangements
The Paris International Cup is organised exclusively by ProPlay Sports Tours. Therefore as well as arranging the football tournament, we also manage all your travel and accommodation arrangements. You therefore have the assurance and peace of mind of knowing that the expert team that you liaise with when organising and making your booking is the same team that will host you and your tour group in France.
Your Accommodation
We have arranged a range of accommodation that is ideally suited for junior sports teams. The accommodation is located to the east of Paris, so you can enjoy straightforward travel arrangements between your accommodation, the pitches and Disneyland Paris. From any of these locations it is then around 45 minutes transfer time into central Paris.
Your accommodation is booked with breakfast included on each morning of your stay. Should you wish to pre-book dinner at your accommodation, then we able to offer this option for your group.
We will be pleased to discuss your accommodation arrangements and catering options with you. Please note that the accommodation for your whole party, including players, families, coaches and supporters must be booked through ProPlay Sports Tours. If members of your party arrange alternative accommodation, which is not booked through ProPlay Sports Tours, then the team will not be permitted to participate in the Paris International Cup.
Your Choice of Travel Arrangements
For UK based teams, we offer the opportunity to book the exclusive hire of a 48 or 49-seat executive coach (or coaches for larger groups) for the duration of your tour. Selecting this option ensures that all your travel arrangements are taken care of, from collection on Friday at your chosen pick up point in the UK to your return home on the following Monday or Tuesday. These travel arrangements also include return Channel crossings by ferry from Dover to Calais or by Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais.
For teams wishing to fly or take the train/Eurostar to Paris, we also offer a coach travel-inclusive package, based on collecting you from the airport or train station in Paris on Friday, providing your transfers to and from the pitches on Saturday and Sunday, your transfers to Paris or Disneyland Paris on Monday (if booking 5-day tour) and then returning you to the airport or train station in Paris on Monday or Tuesday at the end of your tour.
Alternatively groups are welcome to self-drive and make their own travel arrangements to Paris and between the accommodation and the pitches each day.
Our travel-inclusive prices are based on a minimum 40 passengers per 48 or 49-seat coach, please see TOUR ORGANISER INFORMATION for supplement costs for groups of less than 40 passengers per coach.
