Your Tour Arrangements
The Paris International Cup is organised exclusively by ProPlay Sports Tours. Therefore as well as arranging the football tournament, we can also manage all your travel and accommodation arrangements. You therefore have the assurance and peace of mind of knowing that the expert team that you liaise with when organising and making your booking is the same team that will host you and your tour group in Paris.
We are able to offer our travel and accommodation arrangements for your whole tour party, including players, team managers, families and supporters. We offer both 4 day (Friday-Monday) and 5 day (Friday-Tuesday) travel and accommodation package options.
Alternatively, you are welcome to book our Tournament-only package and then make your own travel and accommodation arrangements.
You are welcome to enter as many teams as you wish in the tournament.
Your Accommodation
We have arranged accommodation at a selection of good standard hotels that are ideally suited for your players, team managers, families and supporters. The accommodation is located close to Paris, so you can enjoy straightforward travel arrangements between your accommodation, the PSG Campus, Disneyland Paris and central Paris.
Your accommodation is booked on the basis of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 guests sharing a room, with continental breakfast included on each morning of your stay.
Your Travel Arrangements
For UK based teams, we offer the opportunity to book the exclusive hire of a 48 or 49-seat executive coach (or coaches for larger groups) for the duration of your tour. Selecting this option ensures that all your travel arrangements are taken care of, from collection on Friday at your chosen pick up point in the UK to your return home on the following Monday or Tuesday. These travel arrangements also include return Channel crossings by ferry from Dover to Calais.
Our travel and accommodation package prices are based on a minimum 40 passengers per 48 or 49-seat coach. Coach under-occupancy supplement costs apply for groups of less than 40 passengers per coach. A regional supplement may also be payable, depending on your location in the UK, to cover the additional fuel and driver costs incurred.
